Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to shop with confidence! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item as long as it’s in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.

Q: Does the item need to be in its original packaging?
A: Yes, items should be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging to ensure a smooth return process.

Q: Can I return opened or used items?
A: For health and safety reasons, items must be in their original, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless defective.

Q: Will I get a full refund?
A: Yes, as long as the item is returned in original condition with tags and packaging, you’ll receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Please note, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Do I need a receipt to make a return?
A: A receipt or proof of purchase is preferred. If you can’t find your receipt, we’ll still be happy to assist you as long as we can verify your purchase.

Q: Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
A: Yes! If you'd prefer an exchange, just let us know when returning your item, and we’ll help you find the perfect replacement.


FAQ: Shipping Times and International Orders

1. What are your shipping times?
Our shipping times typically range from 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible, but please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

2. Why does it take so long to ship? 
I am a one person team, unfortunately to keep shipping costs lower I use a third party shipping company that involves an hour round trip. Too be as cost efficient as possible I drop off packages once a week. If you are needing your shipment ASAP you can reach out to me and I can arrange an alternative shipping service. Please note the cost of shipping would increase.  

3. I’m an international buyer. How should I place my order?
We highly recommend that international buyers place their orders through our Etsy shop instead of our website. When you order through Etsy, you can pay all taxes and duties up front, which means no surprise fees when your package arrives! This ensures a smoother shipping process and helps avoid any unexpected charges.

4. Why should I use Etsy for international orders?
By ordering through Etsy, you’ll benefit from Etsy’s global shipping service, where taxes, duties, and other fees are calculated and included in the checkout process. This way, you won’t have to worry about additional fees or delays at customs. Plus, Etsy offers extra protections and tracking to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
